Psychometrics
Psychometric assessment provides a fundamental and highly
specific measure of a candidate's personality and ability and can be used
for a wide range of purposes.
We can use a range of psychometric tools to help give our advisors a deeper
understanding of the requirements of a job role or person. This means
we use psychometrics beyond simply recruitment and can, where practical
or requested, use to assess job roles, develop people specifications or
to integrate personal development into training plans.
