Instructional Design

Instructional design is the process of determining the current state of learner understanding, defining the end goal of instruction, and creating some media-based "intervention" to assist the learning process. Good instructional design will enable learners and teachers to transfer knowledge most effectively.

Summit can offer high quality Instructional Design to its customers having experience developing courses for Microsoft's global sales teams.

We like to use content development techniques based on Ruth Clarks writing on design and development techniques.
