About Us

Summit is a specialist business, focussed on improving an organisations performance through the use of proven ‘people and business development’ tools, unique to our approach.

We use a range of sales, management, leadership and business development processes to improve organisational performance. We have tried and tested techniques and a track record of success we would be happy to share with anyone interested in learning more.

We like to use performance management processes and standards to help organisations take ownership and ensure long-term impact from any interventions ensuring a strong return on investment.

In addition, Summit can run Vocational Qualification programmes from Customer service to Management qualifications. We are accredited to deliver a range of vocational learning across the UK through our team of assessors and associates. We use very successful processes which help organisations achieve the centre accreditation to run their own vocational programmes where desired. This is a process that is not offered by many training providers because they believe that it takes away from their earning capacity however we believe in a spirit of open development and have found that this has led to ongoing work with clients and as a result offer the centre accreditation support at a very competitive price.

Summit has significant experience through its owners, John Stuart, and Jane Scandrett with experience across private and public sector organisations covering Blue Chips and private business. This experience is further complemented with appointments at board level within The Institute of Leadership and Management and the Further Education sector and experience within the Public Civil Service.
